Shoalmap is operated by SIGMAJUNCTION DOO (“Shoalmap”, “we”, “us”). Contact: hello@shoalmap.com. By creating an account or using Shoalmap you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

Shoalmap helps you find nearby fishing waters and shows AI-generated guidance — estimated catch odds from current weather, likely fish species, methods, baits and regulatory information. Some features require an account; some require a paid plan as described on the pricing page.

You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your credentials safe — you are responsible for activity under your account, and an account is for one person and may not be shared or resold. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete account), which erases your data and cancels any subscription as described in the Privacy Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle processes your payment, issues the invoice/receipt, and calculates and remits applicable taxes. Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms apply to every purchase. We never see or store your card details.

Paid plans (Pro, Pro+) are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime — Account → Manage subscription, or via your Paddle receipt — and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no further charges. Prices are shown at checkout including any applicable taxes; if we change prices, the new price applies from your next renewal after notice. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy (14 days).

The free Angler plan includes a limited number of water reports per day (currently 3). Limits exist to keep the service sustainable; we may adjust them with reasonable notice. Circumventing limits, sharing accounts to multiply quotas, or automating requests against the service is not permitted.

All estimates, catch odds, species lists, baits and especially regulations, closed seasons, minimum sizes and protected species are AI-generated, indicative, and may be incorrect or out of date. They do not replace official sources and are not legal advice. You are solely responsible for checking permits, closed seasons and protected species with the relevant authority, and for fishing legally and safely.

Use Shoalmap for lawful, personal fishing planning. You may not: scrape, bulk-export or resell the service or its outputs; probe, overload or disrupt the service or its security; reverse engineer it except where the law allows; or use it to build a competing dataset. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with a refund of any unused paid period where required by law.

The service, its design and generated reports remain ours or our licensors'; you get a personal, non-transferable right to use them within the app. Water geometry comes from OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL); weather from Open-Meteo; map tiles from CARTO.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on the information shown. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or consumers' statutory rights.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we will give notice in the app or by email before they take effect; continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and disputes belong to the competent court in Belgrade — except that consumers in the EU/UK keep the protection of the mandatory rules and courts of their country of residence.
